How to Replace an replacement Audi a3 key G28 Engine Speed Sensor

1. Engine Speed Sensor
It is located on the outside of the transmission just above the flywheel ring gear, the G28 Engine Speed Sensor sends signals to ECU pin T55/49 via a grey wire. The ECU utilizes this information to control the amount of fuel and boost. It also sends signals to the G5 tachometer inside the instrument cluster.
The sensor serves as a reference for comparing with the G40 Camshaft Position Sensor. The ecu needs to know when the crankshaft is TDC and the location of the camshaft so it can start spark and injectors accordingly.
If this sensor fails the ECU will throw an error code P00160 which indicates that the Crank Shaft and Intake Camshaft aren't in sync, possibly indicating the chain stretching or a jump link on the upper timing chain. However the code will not appear on its own, without additional information from other sensors (G4 and G40).
Testing is a bit tricky because there are two connector pins and they perform different functions but the best way to test it is to measure the resistance between the sensor and the ECU. When the sensor is operational, it should be reading around 1000 ohms. If you are having problems with this part, check for evidence of coolant or Car Key cover audi oil in the connector bay.
2. Injectors
Yesterday, while accelerating from the highway paytoll at maximum speed I noticed a massive decrease in power. It was as if the engine had run out of gas. Or my injectors were not firing. I pulled out the spark plugs this morning, 3 were soaked in gasoline, and the fourth was unclean. I placed a tissue over each injector hole, and when I turn the engine on without sparks, the 3 that have gazoline pop right out. The 4th one remains shut. I tested the ground connection of ECU pins 14,30 and 48/55. I found zero ohm. Therefore, i think the issue is somewhere else.
I also tried to reset the PID without success. The car will start when the G28 is unplugged and runs fine when it is plugged in, but still is experiencing intermittent misfires at higher RPM. The coolant temperature sensor Audi A1 Car Key (G62) shows the wrong temperature value of that is -49c even after unplugging it. Also, i noticed that the gauge for oil pressure in the cockpit is showing 2 bar, whereas the actual pressure is 0.0 when i rev the engine.
I'm not sure what to do, but i feel i have pretty much completely ruled out all other possibilities. However, i'm afraid that i might have missed something. Please let me know should you have any suggestions! TIA!
3. Fuel Pump
The fuel pump of the g28 receives signals from the RPM sensor. The GM-style transmitter is the same as the G4 and both function in the 80, 100 200, UrS and RS2 cars which is why you can easily locate one at a wrecking yard or in a local parts store. It is simple to test them - put your DMM in resistance mode and measure the resistance between pins 1 (with the bump on the connector's side up) and 2 (2nd from left on the black connector's end). They must be infinite Ohms.
